& Responsibilities
The CRM lead will be responsible for putting in process automation and marketing automation into our CRM platform (Salesforce).She/he will be configuring our CRM to work for us and help the business monitor our sales activity effectively, making it seamless for our sales team to use.She/he will also be responsible for cleaning, updating, and managing our CRM’s database of customers.She/he will be putting in place and documenting projects alongside different teams within the business, executing them with extra support from the UK IT teamShe/he will work with Sales, Marketing and other functions at Sentric to provide input and contribute to the team and company culture in CRM.She/he will be the champion of CRM within Sentric. As an ambassador of the system, the person will also be required to train, coach employees (onboarding, one-off basis...) who need to use CRM for their daily activities.She/he will support Sentric with any ongoing challenges with the system, the person will act as a system helpdesk when necessary.
Experience
5 to 8 Years of experience.
Critical Success Factors
You must be a practitioner who can role model outstanding automation and analysis.Proven track record in a CRM technical leader role.Experience with Salesforce.com is essential and Dot digital would be ideal.Fundamentally, we need somebody who knows what brilliant CRM set up looks like, and somebody who is excited by taking a relatively blank canvas and building something truly ground-breaking.Analytical and data driven - up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurementA mix of creativity and rigor is essential.Experience with CPQs, Sales Cloud, and Service CloudKnowledge of Lightning components and customizationHands-on with Salesforce no-code/low-code tools, like FlowsUnderstanding of integration patterns with SalesforceAbility to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, EC, or relevant field.
