HCM Functional Lead – Absence ExpertRoles & Responsibilities- Should have a total of at least 7+ years IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience on Absence- Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Absence will be used.- Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.- Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud- Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.- Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.Product Skills- Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product- Should have done end to end configuration of Absence module- Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Absence- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration and testing- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities- Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM CloudProfessional Skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Should be a team player- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention- Consistently provide clear and concise status reporting to the project management team
