About the Company - Intellicore is a global services provider with a focus exclusively on delivering world class services in the domains of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Digital Transformations.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirementsConfigure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTLPerform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCMConduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UATProvide post-go-live support and handle change requestsCreate and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPsWork with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizationsEnsure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modulesStrong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security rolesExperience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementationUnderstanding of HR processes and policiesFamiliarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plusStrong communication, documentation, and client interaction skillsOracle HCM Cloud certification is preferredPreferred Modules Experience:Core HRPayroll (Country-specific, e.g., UAE/KSA)Absence ManagementOracle Time & Labor (OTL)Talent Management / Recruitment / PerformanceBenefits & Compensation
