Oracle HCM Functional Consultant JobWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement customized solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, particularly Payroll and Compensation. You should have experience in leading RFP responses, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and configuring Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs.A successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules, and conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications. They should also have strong communication and teamwork skills and be familiar with Agile or Iterative development methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to meet client needs.Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients to ensure client satisfaction.Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within HCM modules.Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.Required Skills and Qualifications:5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Bachelor's degree or MBA (HRMS) preferred.
