Delivering exceptional customer support across various channels is a key aspect of this role. Our team works with leading brands to automate 80-90% of customer queries while maintaining quality experiences.The detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester will identify issues, ensure product quality, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process. This includes ensuring that all platforms are functioning as expected.Key responsibilities include:Testing: Perform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels to identify any defects or areas for improvement.Bug Identification and Documentation: Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps to enable swift resolution.Validation and Regression Testing: Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases to guarantee stability.Test Case Development: Develop and maintain test cases for new and existing features to ensure comprehensive coverage.Client Communication: Respond to client-reported issues promptly and professionally, providing regular updates on issue status and resolution timelines.Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating critical issues appropriately and keeping stakeholders informed.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugs, providing detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual information.Root Cause Analysis: Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues to identify and address underlying problems.This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
