Capacity Planning ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Capacity Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing data from production teams to determine at-a-glance bandwidth for different internal teams.The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools, data collection and analysis to drive improvements.Key responsibilities include:Analyzing data from production teams to determine at-a-glance bandwidth for different internal teams.Comparing this data against the volume of incoming requests to plan monthly volumes, efficiently load balance, and forecast potential capacity crunches.Presenting findings to higher-level stakeholders and recommending new metrics to better forecast capacity.Analyzing requested project timelines and determining if they allow for successful delivery based on existing workflows.Presenting final project proposals to stakeholders.Tracking overall dubbing market trends and dub vendor capacity to support planning and utilization reporting.Analyzing and identifying specific risks (inherent & residual) and associated risk ratings within team's metrics collection processes to target areas of improvement.Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing operational data, including preparing internal reporting deliverables, analyzing trends & drivers, and explaining forecast vs. actual variances.Preparing and delivering periodic executive level dashboards for metrics, insights, and trends to help inform and guide critical business decisions.Developing and implementing comprehensive and consistent strategies, tools, and processes related to capacity planning and performance metrics.Supporting meetings and all proposals by supplying relevant data and highlighting concerns relating to actual or potential issues.Maintaining databases and developing automated processes for source data collection to support data quality.Required skills and qualifications:Clear data analytic skills and comfort with using data tools for automation, planning, or metrics.Experience with project management tools, data collection and analysis to drive improvements.An attraction to applying deep critical thinking to find solutions for complex problems.Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels.The ability to identify risks and effectively manage activities to minimize impact.The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Masterful organizational skills and attention to detail.Display a willingness to learn or implement new enhancement tools or workflows.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or applicable equivalent experience.A total of 2-4 years of experience in Work Force Management.Professional Certificate in Data Analytics/WFM (not mandatory but preferred).Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Data Visualization expertise.Candidates with PowerBI and Tableau experience will be preferred.
