Role: Senior Performance Tester

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 years in performance testing, ideally within SaaS environments


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance and load tests to validate system scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks, scripts, and tools.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align performance testing with system architecture.
  • Use tools like Grafana, Prometheus, JMeter, and LoadRunner for monitoring and reporting.


Required Skills:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing (preferably in SaaS environments).
  • Proficiency with tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter.
  • Strong knowledge of Java or Python and experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and performance monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
