We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as the Manager - Corporate Development. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and shape our growth and development activities. As the inaugural member of our corporate development team, you will be instrumental in establishing our M&A strategy and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the organization's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, identifying, evaluating, and cultivating opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
Oversee the entire M&A process, from initial identification and evaluation to negotiation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts to inform decision-making and identify potential acquisition targets.
Manage the M&A pipeline, regularly presenting updates and deal progress to internal stakeholders.
Lead negotiations to secure the most favorable terms and ensure organizational objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the diligence, investigation, and integration of prospective opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Practical experience in these areas will also be considered.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A, with a proven track record in successfully managing and closing M&A transactions.
Proficiency in using relational database management systems such as SQL and BI tools.
Exceptional negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
Demonstrated ability to process raw information and data to derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate viewpoints clearly and succinctly.
Strong research skills, with a knack for networking and building relationships.
A self-starter with a high level of energy, passion, and dedication to success; utmost respect for confidentiality.
Proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and adapt to a constantly evolving organization.
