Role Overview We are seeking smart, driven, and analytical professionals (1–5 years’ experience) to join us as Business Strategy Executives at our Noida office . You will work directly with the founders and senior leadership on business analysis, program benchmarking, and growth strategy across our AI and Energy Transition verticals. This is a core strategic and analytical role — ideal for graduates from top engineering or business schools who want to build a career in strategy, consulting, or EdTech innovation . Responsibilities Market & Business Analysis Conduct market and competitor research across AI, energy, and education sectors. Evaluate program positioning and identify areas for differentiation and improvement. Support strategic planning with insights, data, and actionable recommendations. Program & Strategy Development Assist in designing business roadmaps, pricing models, and growth strategies . Conduct technical benchmarking of existing programs to ensure content quality and relevance. Collaborate with trainers and experts to review course structures and technical depth . Support leadership in preparing presentations, reports, and client proposals . Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate program and market performance . Customer & Candidate Engagement Address queries from students, professionals, and university partners. Provide technical clarity and guidance to learners or partners regarding program scope. Gather insights to enhance program experience, delivery quality, and conversion strategy. Support outreach initiatives and partnerships with universities and corporates. Internal Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership meetings. Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization across departments. Participate in data-driven analysis to support operational and strategic decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) . 1–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, or consulting. Strong academic background from a recognized or top-tier institute . Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools . High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork.
