  • MBA/MFS or candidature / Graduates with relevant experience
  • Min 10 years of work experience, candidates who have led sales teams with prior experience in the Financial Services, Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management sectors preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall in charge for driving revenue generation, business growth and market share gains for the company.
  • Develop and execute medium term business plan in line with the Group Strategy of ethical, sustainable and profitable growth of the company.
  • Build out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company.
  • New product development as well as expansion in new geographical areas.
  • Finalizing tie-ups with manufacturers of financial products.
  • Developing and motivating a team of focused sales personnel
  • Developing a strong and motivated team
  • Devising sales strategies and campaigns
  • Implement a metrics driven approach to sales incentive, performance management, rewards and recognition
  • Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required.
  • Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends and providing feedback to the leadership team.
  • Responsibility and accountability for revenue and sales numbers.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Customer and result oriented approach
  • Strong relationships and connects in the domain of distribution of Financial products
  • Strong knowledge of capital market products, especially products targeted at HNI and retail investors
  • Thorough understanding of Mutual Fund products
  • Customer and result oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
