You will be reporting to Front Office manager.

we are looking for someone who have worked previously in Hotel industry.

We are basically looking out for Front office associate who is interested in excelling in hotel industry and can communicate well with the guests and do basic check in / out and other responsibility.

Preferably those having their own accommodation.

They are responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.

the front office associates deal with customer queries, their needs, complaints etc. They are the chief point of communication for the guests. It is said that a good first impression is made in the very first attempt

Kindly note your job description is not exclusive / restricted to above mentioned points only and may include any task assigned by your HOD / reporting manager.

We are looking For enthusiastic who is interested in putting in genuine efforts for long term and try to improve his / her skills in Front Office department.
