Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-focused individual to join our team as a Solution Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and supply chain logistics, with deep technical knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and related technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management Expertise
● Provide insights and guidance on best practices in warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and resource optimization.
● Analyze client warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate WMS functionalities.

Supply Chain/Logistics Domain Knowledge
● Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution, and how they interact within a warehouse environment.
● Consult with clients on supply chain optimization strategies, including demand forecasting, logistics management, and inventory strategies.

Integration Know-How
● Work closely with clients to define integration requirements between WMS, ERP systems, and other supply chain-related software.
● Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that ensure seamless integration and data flow across different systems.

Technical Knowledge of WMS and Supply Chain Technology
● Utilize technical expertise in WMS applications and related tools to configure and customize solutions according to client specifications.
● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in warehouse management and supply chain sectors to provide relevant recommendations.

Client Engagement
● Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and on-site assessments to understand client needs and expectations.
● Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate solution benefits to stakeholders.
Support and Training
● Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders throughout the implementation process and post-go live.
● Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during system usage.

Required Skills
● 5 - 7 yrs of experience in warehouse management and supply chain consulting roles.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
● Strong understanding of WMS applications and integrations with other systems.
● Familiarity with supply chain technologies such as RFID, barcode systems, and automation.
● Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products or services
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
● Experience developing customer facing products, technologies, and platforms.
