- Strategic Design: Translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable Workday Time Tracking solutions.
- Implementation Mastery: Lead the deployment and configuration of Workday Time Tracking modules with precision, ensuring seamless integrations.
- Team Empowerment: Guide and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance system performance, reusability, and scalability.
- Stakeholder Excellence: Act as a trusted advisor, offering design insights, resolving critical deployment challenges, and delivering client satisfaction.
- Practice Leadership: Contribute to shaping the ERP/CRM practice by driving knowledge-sharing initiatives, building reusable assets, and participating in strategic thought leadership.
What You Bring
- Experience: 9–12 years of relevant expertise, with a proven track record in Workday Time Tracking implementation and ERP/CRM systems.
- Certification: Workday Time Tracking certification is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in APIs (REST/SOAP), HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, and Agile methodologies.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver quality results under tight timelines.
- Client Engagement: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
