Job Title OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Specialist to join our team.About the JobThis role involves serving as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination and project execution.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates.In addition, the candidate should have strong technical skills, including reading and interpreting technical drawings related to doors and partitions.The successful candidate will also be responsible for calculating door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects.Furthermore, they will work efficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management.Maintaining project data and reports using MS Excel is also an essential part of this role.The candidate will collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure smooth project execution.Last but not least, they will ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams for project progress and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate client projects from start to finish.Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Analyze technical drawings and calculate door quantities.Manage project data and reports using MS Excel.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:To be considered for this position, you must have:A bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
