Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance with queries and issues.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Meet established performance targets and metrics set by management.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with difficult or irate customers.Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry procedures is a plus.Freshers and experienced professionals can apply.Degree holders are preferred but not required.Job RequirementsReside within the designated region to enable efficient response to customer queries.Access to reliable transportation and/or have an excellent public transport network connection available at your place.
