**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a motivated and creative Podcast Research & Production Intern based in Mumbai to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely on a high-profile podcast featuring two iconic personalities in the Indian entertainment industry. You will assist with content research, episode planning, and production tasks, ensuring the podcast runs smoothly and meets its creative vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Research:**
- Conduct in-depth research on topics, themes, and relevant news to be discussed in upcoming podcast episodes.
- Prepare detailed briefs and background information for Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt.
- Identify potential guest speakers, experts, and references that align with the show’s narrative.
- **Creative Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the show’s hosts, production team, and creative directors to brainstorm episode ideas and structure.
- Assist in developing the overall tone, style, and thematic focus of each episode.
- **Pre-production Support:**
- Help coordinate recording schedules, scripts, and outlines for each episode.
- Assist in organizing recording sessions and ensuring smooth technical setup.
- Prepare cue sheets, talking points, and any additional materials needed for recording.
- **Production Assistance:**
- Assist during live recordings or virtual sessions, ensuring technical aspects like sound quality, pacing, and flow are optimized.
- Manage post-production timelines, including coordinating edits, reviews, and final approvals.
- **Post-production Tasks:**
- Work with the editing team to ensure each episode is polished and ready for release.
- Assist in transcribing episodes and creating show notes for publication.
- Collaborate on the development of promotional materials and social media content.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Passion for podcasts, media production, and storytelling.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of audio production tools and podcast recording equipment is a plus.
