Gresham Global seeks a detail-oriented and efficient Finance Manager with 4 - 6 years of professional experience. This role requires expertise in handling financial records, managing expenses, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, with a strong profile and excellent financial skills, having worked in a mid-sized or a large firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Taxation Management: Oversee tax filings, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify opportunities for tax optimisation.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements across operations.
  • Financial Modelling: Create financial models to evaluate new and existing business opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and global reporting standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with business, finance, and operations teams to facilitate data-driven decisions and support organisational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Drive system automation and create dashboards for real-time financial analysis to enhance operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s in finance or accounting; CA qualification is preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.


Location: Chembur, Mumbai.


This is a full-time office-based role.
