strategic and results-oriented Finance Manager
to join our team. This role is crucial in partnering with the leadership team to drive profitable growth and support the business's overall financial health. As a key individual contributor, you are responsible for leading all aspects of the business' financial strategy, including budgeting, modelling, forecasting, reporting, and managing cost optimization. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, with a strong profile and excellent financial skills.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Taxation Management:
Oversee tax filings, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify opportunities for tax optimisation.
Cost Analysis:
Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements across operations.
Financial Modelling:
Create financial models to evaluate new and existing business opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and global reporting standards.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with business, finance, and operations teams to facilitate data-driven decisions and support organisational goals.
Process Improvement:
Drive system automation and create dashboards for real-time financial analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Experience Should Include:4 - 6 Years of Experience : Proven expertise in budgeting, financial modelling, financial controlling, forecasting, and analysis.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of business and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership, and team management capabilities, with strong executive communication and presentation skills.Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Tally for financial reporting and analysis.
You Might Also Have:Educational Background : A Master's or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.Professional Certification : Credentials like CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CA (Chartered Accountant) are good to have.
