Gresham Global | Performance Marketing Executive

You will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will analyse data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.
Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for the paid marketing campaigns.Campaign ManagementBuild, manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and .Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.Data Analysis and ReportingAnalyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Provide regular performance reports to the stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboardsBudget ManagementAllocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.CollaborationWork closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.Coordinate with other marketing functions such as social media to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Market ResearchStay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.OptimizationContinuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of performance or digital marketing experience with proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Excel).Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Strong project management skills.Critical thinker and creative.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related fields are preferred.

Location - Chembur, Mumbai. This is a full-time office based role.
