Gresham Global is scouting for a Performance Marketing Executive to join its team. This role is integral in aligning digital and social media initiatives with the business objectives of Gresham Global and its partner Universities. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to various Universities and their regional representatives, providing comprehensive support and contributing to the organisation's overall success in this domain.

You will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will analyse data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.

Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for the paid marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Build, manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards

Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Coordinate with other marketing functions such as social media to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Optimization

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).
  • Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of performance or digital marketing experience with proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Excel).
  4. Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Strong project management skills.
  8. Critical thinker and creative.
  9. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related fields are preferred.

  2. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and experience of various digital advertising platforms and tools.
  3. Creativity: Ability to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
  4. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location - Chembur, Mumbai. This is a full-time office based role.
