This role requires a detail-oriented professional with prior experience in the built environment, particularly within airport infrastructure projects. The Documentation Specialist will ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Airport MSI project, including technical documents, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.Ensure all documentation complies with project standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to collect, review, and archive documentation.Implement and maintain a centralized document management system to ensure version control and accessibility.Support the preparation and submission of deliverables, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), design documentation, and compliance reports.Track document revisions and maintain a document control register.Assist in the development and enforcement of documentation procedures and templates.Provide training and support to project team members on documentation standards and tools.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Management, Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation management within large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.Strong understanding of documentation standards, version control, and quality assurance processes.Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Preferred SkillsExperience with airport Master Systems Integration (MSI) projects.Familiarity with built environment documentation requirements and standards.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Looking forward to receiving your profile, for more details, please reach out to radhika.singhal@coforge.com
