Pricing and Revenue ExpertWe are a global revenue management and consulting firm that provides proactive revenue optimization solutions to help multi-property, short-term rental owners and managers maximize financial performance, streamline operations, and scale their portfolios efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Analyze market trends and develop pricing strategies to monitor financial and revenue performance for our clients.Manage dynamic pricing and availability using advanced tools (training available for junior candidates).Analyze performance metrics like occupancy, ADR (average daily rate), pacing, and market trends.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets.Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization.Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendations.Automate workflows or analyses using Python programming language.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with pricing tools, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time remote role, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
