Job DescriptionAs a Senior RevOps Manager / Integration Engineer, you will serve as the technical owner for all revenue-facing integrations across Salesforce, Bullhorn, MCAE Advanced, CTI platforms, and Agentforce.This role involves architecting scalable, resilient integration patterns while ensuring governance, observability, and operational reliability at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving the full lifecycle from design to implementation to ongoing optimization.The position also requires leading incident response, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering cross-functionally to align systems with revenue operations strategy.Architect scalable integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoft.Establish and govern integration standards, including naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.Design and optimize high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflows.Define, enhance, and maintain Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes.Partner with Admin/IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates impacting revenue operations.The successful candidate must have:• Strong experience with integration architecture and development.• Expertise in scalable integration frameworks and tools.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:• Competitive salary and bonus structure.• Comprehensive benefits package.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• Collaborative and dynamic work environment.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
