Job OverviewThis is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen and exceptional interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration and support of RGP's Workday HCM system. Configure and maintain HR systems to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Workday enhancements and fixes. Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and integrity throughout the employee lifecycle. Lead administration, maintenance and configuration of HR systems. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.Key Responsibilities: System Configuration: Ensure accurate and efficient configuration of HR systems to meet business needs. Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Workday enhancements and fixes. Data Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and integrity throughout the employee lifecycle. Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to resolve system issues. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for change.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field. 5+ years experience in implementation, development and support of HR systems. 2+ years experience as a Workday system administrator. Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools and EIBs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.What We Offer: Opportunity to work on complex projects and develop new skills.
