Campus Talent Acquisition ManagerAt our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Campus Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our strategic engagement with top-tier academic institutions. This role is responsible for driving the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-caliber MBA and graduate talent.About the Role:Lead End-to-End Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive campus hiring strategy that aligns with business needs, including demand planning, branding, assessments, and onboarding.Build Academic Partnerships: Foster long-term relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 B-schools and T-Schools, ensuring access to top-tier talent.Represent the Company: Attend campus events, career fairs, and panel discussions to promote the company's brand and values.Key Responsibilities:Campus Relations & Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, managing recruitment campaigns and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver guest lectures, workshops, and curriculum inputs.Hiring Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end campus hiring strategy, including demand planning, branding, assessments, and onboarding, partnering with all Business Units & Horizontals to forecast talent needs and define hiring goals.Program Management: Lead internship and management trainee programs, monitoring performance metrics, feedback loops, and ROI of campus programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Qualifications:12+ Years of Experience: In talent acquisition, campus relations, or HR strategy, with a proven track record in managing large-scale campus programs and building academic partnerships.Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with platforms like Superset or similar campus hiring tools.
