Kapiva is recruiting a Talent Acquisition with 2+ years core experience in Talent acquisition, campus recruitment. The primary scope of this role would be to connect high quality talent to opportunities at Kapiva fueling business growth and building a talent dense organization. The person will be responsible for institutionalizing strong hiring processes and own end to end hiring solutions. Location : Bangalore Responsibilities Manage end-to-end volume hiring across Offline sales & CS — from sourcing and screening to selection and offer negotiation. Partner closely with hiring managers to plan and execute large-scale hiring drives aligned with business goals. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and campus or walk-in drives. Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality of hire and a seamless candidate experience. Track and analyze hiring metrics to identify gaps and improve process efficiency. Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices in the Consumer Retail space. Requirements 2+ years of experience in volume or bulk hiring, preferably in a fast-paced startup or consumer-facing organization. Strong sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Proficient in using ATS tools, job boards, and Excel-based reports . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight timelines.
