Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter IT & Non-IT to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from a recruitment consultancy or staffing background, and be comfortable hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing to onboarding.Identify and attract top talent for both IT and Non-IT roles.Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.Manage candidate communication, negotiation, and offer processes.Support HR team in onboarding and documentation activities.Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Management.1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably from a consultancy or staffing firm.Good understanding of IT and Non-IT roles and technologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Benefits & Perks:Full-time & Permanent Role with career growth opportunities.Exposure to Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, and IT industries.Compliance benefits as per company policy.Dynamic and growth-oriented work culture.
