Talent Acquisition Manager – (Bangalore)Experience Required: 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring andreporting.Location: Bangalore-SarjapurEmployment Type: Full-TimeSeniority Level: Senior (6 to 10 years) Key Responsibilities: Bulk Hiring:o Strategize and execute high-volume recruitment drives to meetorganizational staffing needs.o Develop talent pipelines through job fairs, campus recruitment, andother innovative sourcing strategies.o Manage candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes forbulk roles. Stakeholder Management:o Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and alignrecruitment strategies with business goals.o Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuringa positive recruitment experience. Reporting & Analytics:o Create and maintain detailed recruitment dashboards and reports,tracking KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidateconversion rates.o Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency andquality.o Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data managementstandards. Team Leadership:o Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targetsare met.o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field. Skills:o Expertise in high-volume recruitment techniques and tools.o Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
