Our team in India plays a pivotal role in helping the company transition to new ways of working by redefining the food and grocery shopping experience for over 4.6 million customers.Job Profile SummaryHR Business Partner will support the HR Director in Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Retention activities in GEB. HRBP works closely with business leaders and managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.Job DescriptionExperience Required: 12+ years’ experience with at least 5 years’ experience managing peopleEducation Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldJob ResponsibilitiesWork with the HR Director to develop and implement on HR Practices that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the organization.Streamline processes and systems to enhance overall Team Member experienceAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR & business to develop solutions, programs and policiesDevelop comprehensive approaches to employee onboarding, engagement, development and retention.Provide performance management guidance to line managers. Eg. coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actionsWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.Review HR documents and policies regularly and makes changes & updates to align with organizational objectivesImplement and drive a culture of learning and development in GEB by gathering needs, planning and coordinating for behavioral & leadership training. Evaluate training effectiveness and bring improvementResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievancesExtend support on special projects, analytics & reporting, change management, etc.Support to build a culture of innovation and continuous learningModel the core values of GE and create an environment of diversity and inclusionSupervise the HR Shared Services and provide administrative support by closely working with US Functional ManagerTracks key employee metrics on headcount, attrition, diversity, engagement surveys, etc. and publishes reports & dashboards periodicallyAdditional Job DescriptionEquipment Used: Normal office equipmentWork Environment: Normal office environmentPhysical Requirements: Hearing (auditory), Reading, Scheduling, Sight or Peripheral Vision, Telephone Usage, Typing, Communication (verbal), Writing
