**Facility Operations Manager Opportunity**Simplifying facility operations is key to ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.Coordinate with facilities management staff to oversee property operations and ensure all administrative functions are covered.Maintain adequate supplies and materials for smooth operations, manage supply and service contracts as approved.Contribute to emergency evacuation procedures, business continuity plans, health and safety issues review, and risk mitigation strategies.Perform routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Track and close tickets raised within agreed SLA deadlines.Update shift-wise M&E stock records in a timely manner.Manage vendors on-site effectively.Coordinate daily activities with the LL team and FM team.Prepare material BOQs as required.Deploy manpower resources and manage inventory management/store management efficiently.Ensure checklists are up-to-date and maintain upkeep of the facility premises.Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to inform decision-making.Manage energy consumption and data accordingly.Prepare FM and LL MOMs on a weekly and monthly basis.Maintain accurate admin report records.Record incident reports and trackers promptly.Manage technical equipment data sheets and vendor information according to 52-week PPM calendar schedules.Hold regular M&E team briefings to discuss progress and goals.Observe and close daily tasks efficiently.Update PPM and Service reports regularly.Issue work permits and record them accurately.Process gate passes and material movements securely.Provide relevant data and reports to clients as needed.Regularly check logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Conduct periodic training sessions for M&E teams to enhance skills and knowledge.Manage attendance and records for the M&E team efficiently.
