Solar Power Project Coordinator

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects.Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Coordinate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering)Proven experience in project coordination or managementStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with project management tools and softwareWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic and supportive work environmentHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project coordination, please submit your application.
