Position Title Electrical AC- Assistant Manager - Projects Construction Location Luceo RAJASTHAN Exp - 7 15 Years Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished Electrical AC- Assistant Manager - Projects Construction to manage the execution and delivery of AC electrical systems for utility-scale Solar PV projects This role is critical to ensuring robust and reliable power evacuation grid connectivity and long-term performance of solar assets The Electrical AC Assistant Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning execution quality control and commissioning of all AC electrical infrastructure aligning with IPP standards EPC contracts and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities AC Electrical Execution Manage execution of all AC electrical works including inverter stations power transformers HT LT switchgear SCADA communication systems transmission lines and grid-substation bays 33 kV to 400 kV Review and validate designs BOQs GFC drawings and protection schemes for AC systems Supervise and coordinate installation testing and commissioning of AC equipment and evacuation systems Ensure grid code compliance and readiness for synchronization with STU CTU utilities Align AC execution milestones with overall project commissioning schedule Quality Compliance Implement QA QC procedures ITPs and method statements for all AC electrical works Conduct inspections for cable laying terminations earthing transformer oil testing relay settings and bay equipment erection Ensure adherence to IEC IEEE IS standards CEA guidelines and project-specific requirements Drive closure of non-conformances NCRs root cause analysis and preventive actions Project Management Controls Monitor schedule cost and progress for AC works ensuring defect-free and timely delivery Identify and mitigate risks related to grid approvals interface points and contractor readiness Maintain updated MIS dashboards and status reports for management Support claims billing verification and contract administration for AC scope Managership Stakeholder Engagement Manage and mentor site engineers contractors and subcontractors for AC works Act as the primary interface with EPC contractors consultants OEMs and transmission utilities for AC electrical execution Provide management with clear updates on progress risks and mitigation strategies Foster a culture of safety accountability and quality-first execution across teams Key Skills Competencies Strong technical expertise in AC electrical systems for utility-scale solar PV projects Proven track record in power evacuation systems switchyards transformers transmission lines and substation bays Familiarity with grid synchronization protocols protection schemes and statutory clearances Hands-on experience in project execution QA QC and commissioning Effective Managership stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills Proficiency in MS Project Primavera MS Office AutoCAD and QA QC documentation systems Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Electrical Engineering 7 years of electrical execution experience with at least 5 years in solar PV EPC or renewable energy evacuation projects Proven experience in delivering AC electrical infrastructure for utility-scale solar projects 50 MW and above Key Deliverables Defect-free execution of all AC electrical works On-time grid synchronization and reliable power evacuation Zero NCR backlog and high compliance in audits and inspections Safe durable and high-performance AC electrical infrastructure ensuring long-term asset reliability
