Job Title: Electrical Grid Connection SpecialistWe are seeking an Electrical Grid Connection Specialist to lead the entire process independently. This individual must have a top-level understanding of different state connectivity processes, guidelines, and policies.The key responsibilities include:Tracking planned, under-construction, and upcoming transmission schemes, statuses, and schedulesDetailed knowledge of substation and transmission line construction activitiesMarket intelligence on competitors' presence and action plans in the project areaUpdates on changing regulatory policies, standards, and proceduresBuilding a network of stakeholders to influence grid connectivityContract management for reliable and cost-effective developers/contractorsCoordinating with project teams for execution/commissioning of renewable energy projectsThis role requires operational knowledge including execution excellence for electrical switchyards, transmission lines up to 132/220/400 KV level, and securing permit approvals.
