Expert Raters play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI systems by evaluating model responses, providing feedback, and contributing to refinement of rating guidelines.About the Role:We are seeking highly skilled technical experts who excel at code analysis, debugging complex problems, and machine learning.As an Expert Rater, you will be responsible for evaluating AI model responses, identifying errors and inefficiencies, and ensuring outputs meet strict quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate AI-generated responses involving code, ML/AI concepts, and technical workflows.Annotate code snippets, algorithms, and documentation.Compare multiple AI outputs and rank them based on correctness, clarity, and efficiency.Data Validation: Validate, clean, and correct datasets used in training and evaluation.Required Qualifications:Technical Background: Strong foundation in software engineering, computer science, ML/AI, or related fields.Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python. Plus at least one of the following: JavaScript, Rust, Node.js, TypeScript, C, C++, Shell.ML & AI Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Keras), NLP, CV, RL concepts.Data Science & Engineering: Experience with pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries, SQL/NoSQL databases.Bonus Qualifications:Familiarity with multiple programming paradigms.Prior experience reviewing code.The Ideal Candidate: A proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent written communication skills and analytical mindset.
