AI Engineer/Senior AI EngineerWe are redefining the future of autonomous intelligence and we’re looking for an exceptional Agentic AI Engineer to help us build it.Role OverviewAs an Agentic AI Engineer on our core team, you will architect, build, and ship sophisticated autonomous multi-agent systems that push beyond traditional LLM workflows. Your work will span intelligent agent collaboration, complex decision-making pipelines, adaptive learning, and high-throughput deployment at scale. If you’re excited by the challenge of building truly intelligent systems and want to help define the future of agentic AI, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain complex multi-agent workflows and architectures (e.g., hierarchical, sequential, and parallel agent systems).Develop and optimize agent-to-agent communication protocols and memory systems to ensure seamless and efficient collaboration.Work with our high-performance, ultra-optimized runtimes (in Python) to maximize agent speed and efficiency.Develop and document production-ready code snippets, real-world examples, and application templates for our developer community and enterprise clients.Implement and test agent swarms in advanced simulation environments.Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their needs and implement robust, scalable, and secure agentic solutions.Required QualificationsProven experience as a software engineer with strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering best practices.Practical experience building agentic / multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, or similar.Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, embeddings, and API-driven AI integrations.Solid background in machine learning fundamentals, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.Hands-on experience with AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, prompt/agent evaluation, and quality metrics.Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, and building scalable, high-performance production applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for complex, ambiguous technical challenges.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing end-to-end agentic workflows planning, tool use, retrieval, reflection, and self-correction.Hands-on experience implementing knowledge-graph-based reasoning or symbolic + neural hybrid architectures.Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (data lakes, ETL, governance, lineage).Experience with cloud-native MLOps platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker, Databricks) or container orchestration (Kubernetes).Experience with optimization techniques for inference efficiency (quantization, distillation, caching).Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small, high-impact engineering initiatives.Experience fine-tuning foundation models (e.g., full-parameter, LoRA, QLoRA) and managing custom model training workflows.Why Join Us?Build the Future of Autonomy: Help architect and ship a next-generation agentic AI platform that will redefine how businesses operate.High Ownership, Real Impact: Every line of code and idea you contribute will directly shape our product, roadmap, and the future of intelligent autonomy.Startup Energy, Deep Tech Vision: Work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment where experimentation is encouraged and breakthrough ideas are celebrated.Collaborate With World-Class Talent: Join a tight-knit team of AI researchers, product innovators, and engineers who are passionate about solving hard problems.Career-Defining Growth: Take on diverse responsibilities, stretch your technical depth, and play a foundational role in a rapidly scaling company.Location: Remote
