Location:Remote Openings:4 Engagement:4-month contract (extendable) Budget:Up to ₹19 LPA (pro-rated for 4 months) About the Role We are looking forAI Model Testerswho can evaluate machine learning and deep learning models to ensure they function as expected. The role involves designing and executing test cases, validating model outputs, and ensuring the overall quality, reliability, and fairness of AI systems. This engagement is a part of our initiative todiversify our talent pooland establish a long-term partnership for future GCC expansion. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and test AI/ML models to ensure expected functionality and accuracy. Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases covering all stages of the ML workflow. Perform data validation, bias testing, and model performance checks. Automate test processes using tools such asSelenium, Cypress, or Postman . Validate API integrations, performance, and security aspects of AI systems. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams in agile environments to identify and resolve issues. Analyze results, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks. Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding ofsoftware testing fundamentals ,SDLC , andtest case design . Proficiency inPython , with working knowledge ofmachine learning / deep learning frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.). Familiarity withtest automation tools– Selenium, Cypress, Postman. Experience indata analysis ,data quality assurance , andAI bias testing . Knowledge ofAPI ,performance , andsecurity testing . Solid understanding ofAI workflows— training, inference, model deployment. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively inAgile / DevOpsenvironments.
