Job Title: Portfolio ManagerThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Portfolio Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously.About the Role:You will manage multiple building-level projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.You will collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.You will coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.You will act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.You will schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.You will investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.You will maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.You will document all steps taken and deliverables in Salesforce and other platforms.About Us:We are a B2B SaaS company focused on helping building owners and tenants understand and reduce their energy consumption.
