Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Niagara Application Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to utilize their technical skills and knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and industrial automation.This role involves the development, implementation, and support of BMS solutions using the Niagara 4 platform. You will work closely with our engineering and commissioning teams to design, deploy, and maintain these solutions.In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of BMS systems, including architecture, protocols, and integration. Key responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing BMS solutions using the Niagara 4 platform.Collaborating with our engineering and commissioning teams to design, deploy, and maintain BMS solutions.Providing technical support and troubleshooting services for existing BMS systems.Ensuring seamless integration of BMS systems with other building management systems.Developing and delivering training programs for junior engineers and customers on BMS systems and Niagara 4 platform.Participating in project planning, estimation, and execution activities.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.Maintaining accurate records of system designs, implementations, and modifications.About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you will need:A strong educational background in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or information technology.At least 5 years of experience in BMS systems, industrial automation, or related fields.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.Familiarity with database management systems and data analytics tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.Working ConditionsThis is a full-time position based in Pune or Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel up to 30-40% of the time for customer meetings, training sessions, and project site visits.
