Applications Sustainment Specialist

Our site in Pune, India is seeking an Applications Sustainment Specialist to join our team. You will  play a critical role in ensuring stability, security, and performance of enterprise applications. The role focuses on sustaining Informatica integrations, executing QA/testing cycles, managing application access/security, and coordinating cloud patch updates. You will collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams to support mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do:

Integration & Application Support
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations on Informatica IDMC and MDM360.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of MDM workflows, data pipelines, and interfaces.
  • Monitor application performance, identify issues early, and drive resolution.
Application Access & Security
  • Manage Informatica access management and security roles.
  • Configure, test, and validate roles to meet compliance and business requirements.
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Perform SIT / UAT and regression testing for Informatica IDMC/MDM360 enhancements.
  • Document test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Support at least 2+ years of QA/testing deliverables across integration projects.
Patch & Release Management
  • Coordinate quarterly cloud patch updates.
  • Perform post-patch verification to ensure stability and functionality.

What We Seek:

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of total experience in application support or integration sustainment.
  • Strong experience in Informatica IDMC and MDM360 environments.
  • Mandatory: Application functionality testing (SIT/UAT) for Informatica IDMC/MDM360.
  • 2+ years experience in Software QA/Testing.
  • Hands-on experience in application access management/security.
  • Solid understanding of application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Informatica certifications.
  • Experience working in enterprise data or MDM environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
