SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant Job OpportunityAvensys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Career Portal & Onboarding consultant with strong functional expertise and fluency in Arabic to support a key client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules, configuring recruitment workflows, setting up Onboarding 2.0 processes, managing integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules, and providing day-to-day support during post-go-live.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors — specifically in RCM (Recruiting / Career Portal) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).Proven track record of at least one or more full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.Strong understanding of HR/recruitment business processes (job posting, candidate lifecycle, hiring workflows, new-hire onboarding).Hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM / RMK / CRM) and Onboarding modules.Experience with integration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. RCM Onboarding Employee Central) and data-migration or data-integration tasks.Strong stakeholder communication skills — able to collaborate with clients, HR, IT teams, and deliver solution aligned to business needs.Ability to manage multiple tasks: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support, documentation and training.(Preferred) Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding modules.
