SuccessFactors LMS Expert WantedWe are seeking an experienced professional with extensive hands-on expertise in end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations.Minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.At least 2 complete LMS implementation projects.The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure and deliver SuccessFactors LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.Collaborate with HR, L&D and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements.Configure and maintain SuccessFactors LMS modules, including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking and reporting.Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules or third-party LMS/content providers.Design and create dashboards, analytics and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs.Conduct UAT, training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.Support data migration, workflows, notifications and system enhancements.Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards and system optimization.Benefits:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
