Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors RCM SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding Consultant to support a key client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise and fluency in Arabic to deliver high-quality financial solutions, support business processes, and ensure successful implementation and support of SAP modules.Key Responsibilities:Implement end-to-end configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules, ensuring seamless integration with other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules.Configure recruitment workflows: job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, job posting, and integration with the career portal.Set up and configure Onboarding 2.0 processes: new-hire data capture, compliance forms, notifications, role-based permissions, and task workflows.Manage data flow and consistency between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, design solutions, and deliver configuration accordingly.Provide day-to-day support during post-go-live: handle changes, enhancements, bug-fixes, user issues, and continuous improvement tasks.Prepare comprehensive documentation: functional design specs, configuration guides, test plans, training materials, and user manuals.
