Financial planning and analysis is a critical function in any organization. Effective management of this process can significantly enhance the overall performance and decision-making capabilities.About the Role:Develop Analytics Information Hub (AIH) solutions using CCH Tagetik to streamline financial processes, implement EPM, FPM, and CPM tools, and provide insights for planning, forecasting, and performance.Design and build Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic to ensure data quality and integrity.Collaborate with business analysts to create scalable technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.Create TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations for planning and forecasting, leveraging expertise in data modeling and analytics.Design data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies, to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.Integrate CCH Tagetik with external systems using APIs to expand data sources and improve data integration.Train end-users on the system and provide post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the solution.Requirements:Familiarity with CCH Tagetik and its features, as well as experience with data transformation, ETL, and SQL programming.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design and develop complex data models and analytics solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial planning and analysis projects, leveraging expertise in data modeling and analytics.Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.Continuous learning and development opportunities, with access to training and resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
