OneStream Financial Reporting AnalystShift timining: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm istwork mode remoteThe OneStream Financial Reporting Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and is responsible for creation and maintenance of OneStream CPM reports and light administration. Responsibilities Financial reporting: Developing, maintaining, and running reports for financial and operational analysis. System support: Ensuring the OneStream platform's integrity and functionality for a variety of financial processes like consolidation, planning, and analysis. Data analysis: Analyzing financial and employee data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and consolidation processes, often using the OneStream platform. Technical support: Collaborating with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements. Collaboration: Working with various departments, external consultants, and vendors to support planning, or other financial initiatives. Following security administration to secure metadata, user access, controls of organization and entity structures, chart of accounts, mapping translations, reports and book sets, and reporting categories for the actual budget, and forecastSupporting ad-hoc business requests for data extraction as needed (audits IT, Tax, Financial) and other finance technology tools impacting OneStream including supporting end-user Quick View reports and development of various reports (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) and dashboardsSupporting period close processing and data integrations, resolving mapping errors with reconciliation of data between systemsResponsible for training and providing ongoing support to end-users of the OneStream platform Qualifications5+ years of proven experience in financial systems, specifically OneStreamProven experience in reporting implementation for multinational businessProven experience of system self-learningVBA, .Net or SQL coding an assetBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related fieldKnowledge of US GAAPStrong Written and Verbal communication skills along with being able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical team members.
