We are seeking a seasoned IT Projects Sourcing Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, sourcing and securing new IT projects, clients and technology opportunities.This role is ideal for professionals with extensive connections in the IT industry, keen understanding of global technology trends and ability to convert leads into successful partnerships.The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, IT Outsourcing and Staff Augmentation.Key responsibilities include:Lead generation and opportunity sourcing from global markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US)Sourcing new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps etcTargeting enterprise, mid-size, startup and government clientsAdditionally, the candidate will be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers, pitching services and converting leads into paid projects, providing client requirements, scope and timelines to the technical team and supporting proposal preparation and negotiation.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think strategically and have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative solutions.
