The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing daily customer service operations, supervising and supporting the team, monitoring and improving customer satisfaction, resolving escalated customer issues, and developing and maintaining service standards. The role also involves identifying process improvement opportunities and training team members to enhance their performance. QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer SatisfactionExperience in Customer Service Management and managing support teamsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersDemonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate a teamProblem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective resolutionsOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with customer service tools and software is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
