Job Title:IT Infrastructure Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the recruitment process for IT infrastructure roles.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fill IT infrastructure positions.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from various platforms, including job portals, social media, and referrals.Conduct thorough HR screening to assess candidate experience, technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit.Maintain a strong talent pipeline and coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.Monitor hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on IT infrastructure roles.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technical skill sets and ability to screen resumes beyond keywords.Experience hiring Network Engineers, System Administrators, VMware/Windows Engineers, Storage/Backup Specialists, and similar roles.Excellent sourcing skills on job portals, LinkedIn, social channels, and internal referral sourcing.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Essential Attributes:Strong ownership and ability to work independently.Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Professional, confident, and candidate experience-focused.
