Job Overview:This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR policies, driving employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management programs.The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to align business objectives with HR initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture and managing change effectively.Key Responsibilities:Drive strategic workforce planning to meet business needsLead and mentor the HR team to ensure high-performance resultsManage end-to-end hiring processes across functionsDevelop and implement KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiativesStrengthen company culture, onboarding, and engagementManage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentationBuild and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior manager or AVP capacity.Preferred Skills:Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze complex data and make informed decisionsStrong leadership and mentoring skillsFamiliarity with HRMS systems and compliance regulationsBenefits:This is a full-time hybrid role offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
