Job Title: Human Resources Specialist for Dynamics 365 Finance Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned and self-driven human resources professional to lead the implementation of the Human Resources module in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for our client.This is a standalone module deployment and will require the specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation, working closely with the client's HR team.Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HR module in Dynamics 365 F&O.Engage directly with the client's HR business team to gather requirements and map them to D365 capabilities.Perform fit-gap analysis and design scalable, compliant HR solutions.Configure HR modules in D365 including positions, jobs, worker setup, benefits, compensation, leave & absence, and onboarding.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing HR systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.
