About the OpportunityThis is an exciting chance to build a comprehensive on-chain trading infrastructure from scratch.We are expanding our presence in modern DEX ecosystems (e.g., Sui, Move-based chains, EVM-based chains, and v3-style concentrated liquidity protocols).The role focuses on developing Rust-based trading engines, DEX integrations, LP management tools, and MEV-aware execution services.This high-impact engineering position involves working on real-time systems, blockchain interaction layers, and automated strategies across multiple chains.Key Responsibilities:On-Chain Market MakingBuild Rust-based engines for automated liquidity provision, price quoting, and range managementImplement systems that update LP positions dynamically using volatility signals, price feeds, and inventory conditionsIntegrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM/CLMM pools)Blockchain IntegrationBuild and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer: transaction construction and signing, on-chain event streaming, state queries, batch transactions and bundlingImplement reliable WebSocket, RPC, JSON-RPC integration with full error recoveryMEV-Aware ExecutionDesign execution pathways that minimize front-running, sandwich attacks, flash-loan driven toxic flowContribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routing logicResearch & Analytics SupportDevelop tools to backtest CLMM strategies using historical chain dataBuild internal simulators for pool behaviour, liquidity shifts, fee accrual, and volatility-driven regime changesProvide high-quality analytics for trading decisions and pool designRequired Skills and QualificationsStrong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level developmentUnderstanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management and transaction life cyclesExperience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs)Understanding of AMM models, CLMM (v3-style) mechanics, liquidity ticks, and impermanent lossStrong engineering foundations: concurrency, distributed systems, API designComfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 toolingBenefitsOpportunity to build a full on-chain trading stack from zeroWork with cutting-edge blockchain ecosystems (Sui, Move, CLMM innovations)High ownership and autonomy over engineering designCompetitive compensation and long-term upside
